REMARK

Delivered to the Russian Federation Air Force as RA-86715, then flew with Air Cess Liberia as EL-RDT, then AirPass Swaziland as 3D-RTT and finally with Centrafrican as TL-ACN. Air Cess was founded by Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout in 1995. In Liberia, Bout was suspected of supplying Charles Taylor with arms.An investigation has found that Bout sold millions of dollars of weaponry to the Taliban in the late 1990s. In May 2022,the a/c was dismantled and scrapped. It had landed there 22 years ago
