Community Guidelines

SpotterHub.net is a community platform for aviation photographers and enthusiasts. To keep this a welcoming and high-quality space for everyone, we ask all members to follow these guidelines.

1. Respectful Conduct

Treat all community members with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, threats, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on SpotterHub.net:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery unrelated to aviation
• Adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Spam, advertising, or self-promotional content in comments
• Misinformation or deliberately false information

3. Photo Uploads

• Only upload photos you have taken yourself
• Do not upload photos that belong to others without explicit permission
• Photos must be aviation-related (aircraft, airports, aviation events)
• Low-quality, blurry, or heavily manipulated images may be rejected during screening
• Watermarks from other platforms are not permitted

4. Comments

• Keep comments relevant to the photo or subject
• Do not use offensive, vulgar, or abusive language
• No spam links or promotional content

5. Copyright

• You retain copyright of your photos but grant SpotterHub.net a license to display them
• Do not upload content that infringes on the copyright of others

6. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal without notice
• A warning issued to your account
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination for serious or repeated violations
